Encor International was founded by the former Managing Director & senior managers of Terasen International Inc. of Vancouver, Canada, which specialized in gas distribution and transmission. Encor’s principals and project personnel have successfully completed over 70 natural gas, LPG and CNG projects in 20 countries worldwide since 1993.
